Quaker Puffed Wheat Cereal - Shirley Temple - box front with poster and booklet (1937)
In 1937, at the height of Shirley Temple’s stardom, Quaker Puffed Wheat cereal launched a nationwide promotion featuring the beloved child actress. This set brings together three original pieces from that campaign:
Box Front (6" x 8.5") – Bold cereal panel with Shirley Temple portrait and “This is my cereal!” endorsement.
Poster (11" x 25") – Large, full-color display poster featuring Shirley in promotion for her film Wee Willie Winkie.
Booklet – Shirley Temple on the Movie Lot, a photo-filled promotional piece that gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her daily life.
Shirley Temple was the most bankable star of the 1930s, and Quaker capitalized on her image to connect with families across America. These items, often discarded after use, are incredibly difficult to find together—making this a standout survivor from the golden age of both Hollywood and cereal advertising.
Original vintage (1937), not reproductions.
Offered as a complete group lot.
